At Your Service by Christwood is seeking part time Housekeepers to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs housekeeping duties in client'shomes in accordance to At Your Service by Christwood standards, such as vacuuming,mopping, cleaning bath/ shower, kitchens and dusting of all areas and any otheritems as requested by the client and/or supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide housekeeping services in accordance to daily assignment
• Perform both basic and detailed deep cleans when required
• Ability to work in a team setting when assigned
• Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
• Report any broken property in client's homes to supervisor a timely manner
• Meet andexceed expectations of clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Completedaily tasks and assignments efficiently and to the highest of standards
• Follow allguidelines outlining standards of attendance and punctuality.
• Responsiblefor reporting and completing work at assigned times
• Will require travel to other locations, running errands, home organization tasks, and performing personal assistance services as assigned
• Perform additional duties and services as assigned by the Executive Director of At Your Service
• Participate in any trainings assigned by Executive Director or Team Lead
• Demonstratean awareness of and adherence to safety and legal requirements maintaining asafe environment for all. Report any accidents, injuries, and unsafe equipmentand conditions to the Executive Director in a timely manner. He/she needs to immediatelyreport and correct, if possible, unsafe conditions or equipment. Comply withrelevant regulations and standards and policies governing safe workplaceenvironment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to manage time and schedules efficiently
• Has a great attention to detail when performing tasks
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Work well unsupervised
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with clients.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Comfort and willingness to interact with pets in a positive and respectful manner
• Communicate effectively
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Work exemplifiesthe mission and standards of At Your Service by Christwood

SKILLS

• General computer knowledge including the ability to learn and use the work order system.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Moderate physicaleffort 95% of the day. Must be able to lift up to 40 Lbs. Must be able to stoopand work from a kneeling position, perform repetitive bending, reaching, andstretching. Must be able to operate a vacuum cleaner, work in confined spacesaround furniture and breakable objects and have constant contact with residents. Good visual and Hearing required. Good verbalcommunication skills required.
WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be able to work within clients homes andon Christwood Campus
• May be exposed to offensive smells and odors.
• Must be comfortable working in environments withpets present
