Duties:
- Greet, check-in and room patients, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history and vital signs
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Know the open / closing office procedures (cleaning, stocking, inventory etc)
- Perform patient care procedures, such as mechanical traction, applying heat or ice packs
- Answering phone calls effectively with clarity and positive attitude
- Feeling comfortable speaking with attorneys, insurance adjusters, L&I claim rep., and other medical facilities staff
- Schedule patient appointments based on the case and treatment plan prescribed by the chiropractor
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records beginning to end.

We are seeking a bilingual career driven Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to our chiropractor and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the different types of patient's cases (MVCs, L&I, Private Ins., etc.), performing patient care procedures, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records to promote the efficiency of our billing department.

Starting pay dependent upon experience. Pay will increase once the candidate has successfully taken and passed the chiropractic x-ray technician training and becomes registered with the Department of Health as a chiropractic x-ray technician as per WAC 246-808-215.

Clinic hours of operation & shifts:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday – 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Work Location:
During probation time, candidate must be flexible and able to rotate between Tacoma, Federal Way, and Kent office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
