THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Workplace Violence Prevention Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Chipotle's Workplace Violence Prevention (WVP) Program to include training and response initiatives, effective case management, workplace violence investigations, and other initiatives related to workplace violence prevention. You will be expected to serve as the Workplace Violence Prevention Program subject matter expert while collaborating with cross functional partners to improve program processes and procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Implement and manage Chipotle's Workplace Violence Prevention (WVP) Program, to include ensuring compliance with state or provincial WVP requirements, such as California's SB 553.
• Manage and improve upon the case management lifecycle, to include threat intake, case documentation within the threat management platform (Ontic), documentation of re-training and mitigation steps, and case closure.
• Conduct complex workplace violence investigations in accordance with applicable policies and employment laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert, coordinating and assisting field asset protection investigators with their assigned threat investigations.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners such as legal, HR, office services, restaurant operations, and others to improve investigative processes and program components.
• Assist in building and maintaining the behavioral threat management team and perform behavioral threat assessments as assigned by the team.
• Conduct and improve upon workplace violence risk assessments as assigned.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to department leader and ELT as requested.
• Other duties as assigned by the head of Global Security & Resilience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in forensic psychology, criminology, mental health counseling, social work, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years' experience in management of WVP programs and investigations required.
• 5-8 years' experience with conducting confidential and sensitive investigations in the private sector.
• Certified Threat Manager (CTM) or other similar certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook. Experience with and ability to easily navigate SaaS platforms and video technology.
• Experience as an administrator for case management software and/or experience with Ontic threat management preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $84,000-$113,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
