Receives, stores and issues equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, or tools and compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse or storage yard by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Counts and sorts incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
2. Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.
3. Requisitions articles to fill incoming orders for all departments of resort.
4. Compiles reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes and refusal of shipments.
5. Drives company vehicle to retrieve purchases and run errands for company.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Due to the many variables that affect Winter resort operations, such as weather and number of guests, occasionally employees may be asked to perform other duties or assist in efforts outside their primary area of responsibility as needed, including performing in any subordinate position
