**Hourly Team Member**

Average Pay: $10 $20 per hour

**Certified Shift Leader**

Average Salary: $38,000 $48,000

This first-of-its-kind program will help you turn your leadership skills into a management role. After you master two hourly roles, the Certified Shift Leader program will help you prepare for the next level by providing:

* Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship through the Department of Labor
