Education Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy, PharmD. preferred, eligible for licensure by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy, a Controlled Substances Registration Certificate, and a licensed Parenteral Pharmacist. Experience Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries Eligible for licensure by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy, a Controlled Substances Registration Certificate, and a licensed Parenteral Pharmacist.
