Supervises and evaluates work performance in accordance with established criteria based standards of performance. Responsible for the coordination of clinical operations. Education Minimum of a bachelor#s degree in nursing required or must be achieved within 3 years of assuming role. Associate#s degree RN who are currently in the role may be grandfathered in. Experience Bachelors in nursing or related field with 2 years or more of clinical nursing experience preferred including 1 year of recent pediatric/psych/OR nursing experience preferred. Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries Current RN license in the State of Alabama Current BLS certification
