We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Concierge to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our residents at apartment complex. The Front Desk Concierge will be responsible for answering and routing calls, handling a variety of administrative tasks, logging in packages and tending to residents/guests needs and questions. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask

• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Word

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus

  More importantly, a willingness to put in the work
