A Brief Overview
The AVP Revenue Cycle & Business Operations for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Practice Association (CHOPPA), is a critical leadership position within the Physician Organization. This role is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial direction and oversight of the revenue cycle in CHOPPA. She/he provides leadership for process and technology improvements, financial stewardship and key revenue cycle initiatives. This role is also responsible for implementing a new operational model to transform and streamline business processes. The role will partner with clinical and administrative leaders across the practices to optimize operational performance and results. Reporting directly to the CFO, CHOPPA, she/he effectively partners with the Vice Chairs of Administration, Department Chairs, and system senior leaders to ensure operational alignment among the departments, and with the broader organization.
