Monday-Friday

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and other staff.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruptions to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Evaluate the performance of maintenance staff and provide feedback or disciplinary action as needed.
• Monitor maintenance budget and expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in maintenance management.
