Chief Buildings is Hiring a Project Manager Near Grand Island, NE

Description
Chief Buildings is currently seeking a Project Manager to join the Chief team. This position is responsible for clarifying and overseeing building orders from the contract stage to completion. They are accountable for project scope, financial, outcome, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Compare contract and drawings for discrepancies for incomplete information.
  • Compare quote and contract for discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update the engineering work order (golden document) in myProject.
  • Process Change Orders and maintain customer satisfaction, while also protecting Chief's financial position.
  • Serve as primary customer contact from receipt of order until customer satisfaction is achieved.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
  • An associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction/design related field preferred
  • Metal Building experience gained from manufacturing, drafting, estimating, or construction
  • Experience with Bluebeam and ERP software
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications
