Company Overview:

The Pavilion at Robinson Terrace is a Senior Living Center and has an Assisted Living program, located in Stamford, NY, where our guest have a home with a comfortable lifestyle with friendly companions. We provide all the amenities of a community without having to leave the building. Our guests enjoy a multitude of activities, a beauty parlor, and a library, in addition to the pool table, patios and full gardens. Our commitment to our guests extends beyond having an expert staff, with state-of-the-art equipment and resources to enable them to achieve maximum success throughout their stay.

The Pavilion is currently seeking part-time and per diem receptionists. We have a couple of available schedules, and per diem receptionist are on an as needed basis. Primary schedule for part-time reception is 4:30pm-8:30pm.

Receptionist Duties Include:

• Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.
• Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors
• Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
• Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
• Greets visitors at community’s front reception desk
• Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with hospitality, seniors, health care and service delivery preferred.
• Customer Service/Hospitality background-highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
