JOB DESCRIPTION: - Comfortably handles inbound calls on a multi-line phone system
- Transfers telephone calls and inquiries to the appropriate coworker or department Accurately conveys information about our services and products Schedules service calls for maintenance teams at varying locations.
- Manages changes within the schedule to accommodate customer and LPS needs. Secures accurate information about customer demographics and needs
- Is proactive in all interactions Possesses strong customer service skills Proficient with GSuite programs as well as Microsoft Office.
- Provides support to office administrator and service manager for varying admin tasks including collecting data for metrics, filing, calling vendors, locating products and materials and collections calls as needed.
- Required skills & qualifications:
- Has outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Works well under stress and with changing priorities.
- Maintains composure and responds in a courteous, respectful and professional
