Nurse Practitioner of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Job Summary:

As our Full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Hyattsville, MD to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for their rehabilitation needs.
You will be responsible for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation throughout the SNF and will maintain a strong relationship with the client facility, patients, and families.
Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level.
Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families as well as preventative care.
The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $110,000- $132,000
Benefits: Flexible schedule

Standard Shift: Day shift
Weekly Schedule: Approximately 5 days per week
Ability to Commute/Relocate: The position is located in Hyattsville, MD, candidates must be able to commute or relocate to this location
Required Licenses and Certifications:
