JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Family Services Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and employees at Center for Hope.
The Coordinator is responsible for all front desk and reception services, including managing access to the site, answering phones, directing visitors, ordering office supplies, and the general appearance of the common areas.
Administratively, the Coordinator serves as the Billing Coordinator for Center for Hope, managing bills, invoices, and purchase orders as well as processing requests and receiving purchases.
The Family Services Coordinator assists in managing vendor relationships and internal communication with billing departments.
The Family Services Coordinator supports the Center for Hope agency wide in administrative and clerical tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate
