Phil Long Collision Center is seeking a full-time organized and detailed Maintenance Technician/Shuttle Driver . Experience preferred but we can train the right candidate with the right work ethic.
A Maintenance Technician/Shuttle Driver maintains shop organization and keeps the shop uncluttered from scrap, parts and trash, and helps managers as requested.

Essential Duties
Cardboard, steel and aluminum recycling.
Keeps trash clutter to a minimum.
Helps maintain small equipment.
Sweeps, shovels or vacuums loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and removes containers from work areas.
Customer shuttles.
Drives vehicles to and from dealerships as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Reasoning Ability
