What to expect.
You will oversee the development and execution of Sheppard Pratt's CRM and email marketing strategy, as well as the implementation of SEO-driven content updates across digital platforms.
Specific responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the CRM - including audience targeting and segmentation, building campaigns, and reporting.
• Partnering with internal departments to execute email marketing and automation campaigns for clinician, consumer, and donor audiences.
• Executing keyword research that informs SEO-driven content.

What we need from you.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• Five years of relevant experience with preference for experience in a healthcare or advertising agency setting.
• Experience with CRM, content management system, and automation tool platforms.
• Experience developing and implementing an SEO strategy.
