We are currently seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Manager to join our dynamic and exceptionally talented technology team. The IT Helpdesk Manager will manage and support a team of help desk technicians. Applicants should display excellent technical problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of Windows operating systems, and general LAN/WAN networking and VoIP knowledge. Responsibilities

· Implement and utilize cloud based help desk systems and tools to identify, document, track and resolve reported problems.

· Effectively managing, developing, and training the service desk team.

· Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.

· Identify and gather key metrics to analyze the help desk performance.

· Conducting and sharing results from service and operation performance reviews.

· Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications

· At least two years of experience as a Help Desk Manager or in a technical support role.

· Able to work with changing deadlines, conflicting priorities, and users of all levels of technical skill.

· High level of self-motivation and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent troubleshooting skills

· Microsoft 365

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft products with experience in Mac OS as well

· Broad knowledge of Information Technology functions, service management, computer operations, or other specialties

· Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to direct and oversee the work of others

· Kaseya Vorex experience is a plus
