Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
- Dig trenches and excavate areas as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is beneficial
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
