Part Time Hours are 7am-12pm

What is N.E.A.T.?
New Employee Acquisition Training. Never worked in Mobile Home Manufacturing? NO PROBLEM! We will show you the way! In the N.E.A.T. team, you will perform less demanding tasks at first while growing more comfortable in our environment. This allows us to gauge your work ethic and abilities before determining the best fit for you on our production line.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• To safely build a quality product.
• To adhere to company policies and procedures.
• To maintain an acceptable attendance record.
• Perform all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keep area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
