Champaign Unit 4 School District is Hiring an Extended School Year (ESY) Secretary Near Champaign, IL

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, or compensating experience
A score of at least 35 Adjusted WPM on the Typing Test (TT)
A raw score of at least 35 (out of 40) on the Criteria Basic Skills Test (CBST)
A score of Highly Proficient on the Computer Literacy & Internet Knowledge Test (CLIK)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

This position will remain posted until the hiring process is complete; however, interviews may be conducted after March 11, 2024, so interested applicants should submit their materials ASAP to ensure consideration.

Important Notes

This position is for the District's Extended School Year Elementary Program, which will be located at Stratton Elementary School.
This program runs Monday through Thursday from June 6, 2024 - July 2, 2024. Exception: There will be no school on Monday, June 19, 2024.
Student Contact Hours will be from 8:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m. The secretary will be expected to be on duty (and will be paid) from 8:15 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
There will also be an initial required training (paid) on June 5, 2024 from 8:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m.
The secretary will be paid at their hourly rate.
