Key Qualifications
Minimum BS and 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Versatile experience in aspects reflecting on Physical Design: PnR, STA, EMIR, Custom Circuits, STD library cells, Post Silicon debug.
Low power and high performance optimizations.
Hands-on SPICE experience.
Fundamental understanding of silicon process and physics.
Coding skills in Python and/or TCL required.
Description As a SoC Physical Design Methodology Engineer, you will be: * Engaging with all X-functional domains that impact the PPA, TAT and QoR of the PD execution. * Required to identify, define, develop and lead methodologies that will enable upscaling of the design. * Exposed to cutting edge technological challenges which directly reflect on Apple's state-of-the-art products. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
