About the Position:

As a Physical Therapist at LVMC, you'll play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical well-being. You'll work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals in our 60-bed hospital to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and alleviate pain
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
