Position Summary:

A Phlebotomist will work under the guidance of the Medical Director to perform venipunctures, skin punctures, and drug screen collections for both inpatient and outpatient areas.

Required Education:
High school diploma or GED is required.

Required Certification:

Phlebotomy certification is preferred.

BLS is required within 30 days of hire.

Six (6) months phlebotomy experience in the health care field is preferred.
