Position Role/Tile: Data Integration Engineer

We are seeking a strong Data Integration Engineer who will work with the team to develop agile reliable, secure, high performing, efficient, and effective state-of-the-art data and analytics driven solutions, working across Bank (Retail Business Services) to drive Data and Integration to a new level while leveraging best in class Data tools and technologies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Development of Integration tools like MFT (Managed File transfer) (Tibco, IBM MQ FTE), ETL (Extract Transform and Load) tools such as Informatica, Datastage, Azure data Factory, Piepline work, Azure Data Lake and others.
• Develop Data Ingestion and Integration from data sources to Data Lake and/or Data Warehouse, based on Data Pipeline Framework established by Data Engineering Team and technical requirement specifications developed by Data Analyst and/or Business team.
• Develop all necessary ad-hoc Data Ingestion/Integration processes into Operational in Production Environment by adhering to agile, reliable, secure, high performing, efficient and effective methodology.
• Administration and Monitoring of all Data platforms (Data Lake platform, Data Warehouse and Data Mart databases), ensuring availability, scalability, reliability, and security of the platforms
• Performance Tuning and Optimization of all Data Ingestion and Data Integration processes, including Data Platform and databases.
• Support Data Analyst and Business Stakeholder in analyzing and resolving any data issues as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS and PREFERRED:
• 5 or more years proven hands-on experience as a Data Integration engineer in Integration Space 
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years Hands-on Experience with Integration tools such as MFT (Tibco, IBM MQ FTE), ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage, Azure data Factory, Piepline work, Azure Data Lake and others.
• Minimum 3 years Hands-on Experience in developing complex BI Reports and Dashboards
• Minimum 3 years’ Hands-on experience with one of the major RDBMS and contemporary database technologies, including, but not limited to couch DB, cloudant, or NoSQL
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on technical experience with ETL Tool such as Data Stage, Informatica tools
• Basic level knowledge in area of data modeling expertise (e.g., keys, logical, subject areas, referential integrity)
• Understanding of data Schema modeling (Dimensions, Measures, Slowly Changing Dimension)
• Ability to exercise independent judgment when dealing with competing priorities and initiatives, while keeping all stakeholders informed of issues, progress, status and resolution
• Strong Ability to hit tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction, extreme pressure, and tight deadlines.
