Psychologist wanted in CentraCare Integrated Behavioral Health- PM&R Specialty Clinic

The position available is located at the CentraCare Plaza in the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinic. It is a fulltime, 0.8 FTE position with working hours from 8a-5p, Mon-Thurs.

• ...provide outpatient diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention and treatment services for patients and families with behavioral health and/or medical needs from birth to end of life.

• ...work collaboratively with Physicians & APPs, other therapists, nursing, behavioral health and the interdisciplinary treatment team in a "Team Based Care Model"

• ... provide diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and execute therapeutic treatment toward defined goals
• ... assist in staff development through consultation, education and supervision as well as assist in program development
• ... provide clinical interventions to include individual, marital, couples, family and group therapy to outpatients, birth to geriatric.

Qualifications

• PSYCHOLOGIST:
  
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Required
  • Completion of post-doc training year is preferred .
  • Successful candidates will have training, experience, and interest in outpatient psychotherapy and psychological testing.
  • Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology must be obtained within 18 months of employment. Licensure at the time of employment is preferred. Successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services
• PSYCHOTHERAPIST
  
  • Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience is required.
  • Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) required.
• ASSOCIATE PSYCHOTHERAPIST
  
  • Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
  • Clinical internship experience relevant to the position is preferred.
