Opportunity HighlightsCentra Medical Group, located in beautiful Lynchburg, VA, has an opportunity available for a Nurse Practitioner to work with our Physical Medicine & Pain Management team.
Responsibilities include medication management, screenings for procedures, follow-up appointments, ordering labs and x-rays, trigger points and joint injections (minor office procedures).This is for a full-time position. No weekends or holidays and No call.

Our ideal candidate is an NP with experience managing patients with chronic pain. Our center seeks a qualified individual who will work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to provide care and to work with our system/community partners to ensure patient transition to the appropriate care model. This position is instrumental in the continued development of community services that bridge pain management and addiction services in our system and community. We have a sister clinic for Addiction Management.
