CLINICAL MANAGER, RN
Concierge Home Care is growing, and we are actively seeking a Clinical Manager to join our Villages, FL team!

What does a Home Health Clinical Manager do?
The Clinical Manager assists the Director of Clinical Services/Administrator in supervising home health services to patients in place of residence by physician orders and strives to provide the highest quality of care. Some examples include:
- Complies with accepted professional standards and principles
- Follows Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees
- Maintains compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures
- Reviews clinical documentation and maintains current knowledge of all Medicare, Federal, Insurance, Company, and Hospital guidelines, policies, and protocols
What are some of the qualifications of a Home Health Clinical Manager?
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- Two years of experience in nursing preferred
- Minimum of six months experience in skilled, geriatric home health care
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation, required
- Acceptance of the philosophy and goals of the Agency
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
- Ability to work with individuals to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal
