• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent
• Build relationships with advisors and centers of influence.
• Source, engage and attract talented advisors.
• Partner with business leaders to understand staffing requirements and fill open positions effectively
• Lead, direct, and manage the company’s recruiting team to ensure the successful attainment of recruitment goals
• Create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Improve current hiring processes by incorporating best recruiting practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Director of Recruiting in wealth management with 5-10 years of recruiting experience
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Experience with (ATS) Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Degree in HR, business, or related field.

• Experience with employer branding initiatives
• Experience in developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Multitasking ability and team management skills
