We provide services to both public and private customers with water resources, public works, and site development projects. If you have experience working in the heavy civil construction industry as a Skilled Laborer or want to grow that experience, this role will be a great fit.

Youll love coming to work every day if you can:

* Safely operate construction hand tools.

* Handle and move various construction materials.

* Operate heavy equipment: skid steers, off-road dump trucks, front-end loaders, backhoes, trackhoes, excavators, and/or bulldozers.

Youll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:

* Have experience with underground water, sewer, or storm utilities

* Have experience as a Pipe Layer, Tailman, Hillman, or Equipment Operator

* Work with a diverse group of people to achieve a common goal

* Demonstrate knowledge of proper, safe use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in the heavy construction industry

* Effectively communicate skills to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions

* Show responsibility for job site safety

* Have reliable transportation are willing to commute to job sites throughout northeast Florida (within 40 miles of Jacksonville)

* Work 40-50 hours per week Saturdays as necessary. Overtime is likely, but not guaranteed.

Benefits & Compensation:

* $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

* Monthly safety bonuses and performance incentives
