What You’ll Do: · Serving as team leader for reconditioning. · Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, assigning duties and monitoring work for accuracy and conformity with policies/procedures. · Working with individual technicians as required to assess specific vehicles and determine detailing, painting, repair and other requirements. · Providing technical advice and coaching. · Monitoring performance to ensure vehicles meet quality standards and customer expectations. · Reviewing and approving ordering and disposition of parts, supplies and materials. · Modeling safety behaviors and ensures technicians comply with all health, safety and environment requirements. · Addressing and resolving issues escalated from technicians or customers. · Monitoring workflow processes and developing areas for improvement. Who You Are: You’ve got an eye for detail and a knack for checking and cross-checking your own work as well as others’. You’re decisive, respectful, and fair. You also have the following qualifications: Minimum: · 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience · Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
