Location : PLANO, TX

VM Consultant (SME)-OT Security

As a Vulnerability Management Specialist, person will play a critical role in ensuring the security and resilience of our organization’s operational technology (OT) systems. You’ll be responsible for identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities across our OT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Management

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, potential threats, and their impact on critical OT systems.
• Perform regular vulnerability scans and assess system architecture.
• Develop and implement robust strategies to address identified vulnerabilities Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Management:

Technical leadership and collaboration

Provide hands-on technical direction to address vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with business-oriented executives and technology leads to ensure effective risk mitigation processes.
• Develop communication strategies to share vulnerability management program status with key stakeholders.

Drive Vulnerability management program

• Maintain and direct execution of the VMP.
• Deliver enterprise-wide vulnerability assessments and targeted penetration testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields

• Familiarity with OT/ICS environments and vulnerability-scanning concepts.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, risks, threats, prevention measures, and best practices.
• Certification preferred: CISSP, CISA, cyber related certification.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
