Kansas City Title is Hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator - Real Estate Industry Near Dallas, TX

The SMC must play the lead role in production management, proofreading, project management and must support the department's initiatives while also being flexible. The SMC serves as the production/project manager for over $4 Million of advertising, a majority being contracted out by agents. The role must build trust with the agents and ensure all information is 100% correct when advertising their properties.
The SMC will use a robust digital production system (Monday.com) to manage the large volume of print adverting, digital advertising, print marketing and direct mail for both corporate and agent marketing. The role is responsible for the operations of the marketing department including working with the director on setting the weekly schedules for all the design team's production, managing the entire marketing and advertising schedule, sending agent billing to the accounting department and keeping up with all the digital systems. Will interface with publications, freelancers, printers and other marketing vendors. Works in unison with the digital and social marketing coordinator to manage workflow and answer agents' and our clients' needs. The ABA Marketing Department runs like an "agency," with very skilled designers and professionals working to provide solid marketing advice and materials that are not just pretty but, most importantly, effective.
Advertising
•Manage all regularly contracted advertising, which is over 20 print ads each month;
including creating an annual production schedule, drafting agent contracts, gathering all
advertising information, assigning ads to designers, sending proofs to agents and
submitting final artwork.
•Manage corporate advertising campaigns; including meeting with the Director of
Marketing on the initiatives, signing publication contracts, selling co-op spots to all or
select agents, gathering all materials for designers, creating internal deadlines,
thoroughly proofreading all ads and submitting final artwork
•Manage all corporate and agent advertorials, which is over 20 stories each month in
both print and digital mediums; including monthly meetings with the Director of
Marketing, suggesting themes for each month or season, sourcing properties for stories,
assigning stories with deadlines to freelance writers, thoroughly proofreading and
preparing each story for the publication.
•Each year, work with print partners on corporate and agent advertising prices for the
following year, sign corporate annual contracts and update internal documents with new
prices.
Campaigns
•Meet regularly with the Director of Marketing on seasonal campaigns (holidays, quarterly
reports) and targets of the Sales Department.
•Research materials and dates needed for campaigns.
•Create calendar of all dates and ensure all deadlines are met; including announcements,
sales open/close, print deadlines and in-home dates.
•Executes all individual projects for the campaign; including keeping a status list of each
project, working with freelancers, thoroughly proofreading all materials and launching
items to agents.
Print Products
•Have a working knowledge of paper (text/cover, weight) and print treatment and finishes.
•Work with vendors on requesting quotes and samples for specialty projects.
•Place all print orders and follow up on status until items are delivered.
Direct Mail
•Work with postcard vendor on products for agents; including adding and removing
seasonal cards, tracking which layouts are most used by agents, sending new templates
to be coded and QCing newly coded designs.
•Approve postcards through the postcard vendors, reviewing content for brand standards
and TREC violations.
•Execute corporate direct mail campaigns; including gathering print quotes, building
mailing lists through NTREIS Tax, thoroughly proofreading and submitting final artwork.
Digital
•Manage Paper City Corporate digital newsletter advertising; including creating annual
production schedule, drafting agent contracts, gathering all advertising information,
assigning ads to designers, sending proofs to agents and submitting final artwork.
•QC materials in company's platforms before items are launched to agents.
•Arrange and attend meetings with ABA agents and the company's agent website vendor.
•Manage annual contracts with vendors and platforms.
Recruitment/Retention
•Coordinate meetings with the Director of Marketing and high-level recruits or the
company's top agents, put together presentation packet with department materials.
•Prepare memos for meetings with prices, deadlines and action items.
•Execute the launch of all new recruits or campaigns for current agents; including
managing the status of all items on the recruitment/retention package, assigning projects
to freelancers, purchasing advertising, working with designers on all necessary materials
and ensuring all deadlines are met for a successful launch.
•Keep all meetings confidential within the department and Sales Management.
Miscellaneous
•Create weekly schedules for designers, keep track of projects each day.
•Proofread weekly Marketing Presentation, submit final document to the President.
•Approve all department invoices and submit agent billing information to the Accounting
Department in a timely manner.
•Arrange and attend company photoshoots.
•Working knowledge of Adobe Suits products (InDesign, Photoshop)
