Job Description: The Construction Project Coordinator will assist the Construction Project Manager in the day-to-day administrative responsibilities in accordance with company policies and contract documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day file administration of awarded jobs in company site and any Government file sharing platform
• Coordinate with Construction PM to track all expenses on jobs, time sheet and expense reporting
• Review and submit deliverables from subcontractors
• Assist Construction PM in maintaining construction schedule
• Must uphold company policies, procedures and company core values at all times

Minimum Qualifications:

• Understanding of general construction materials and methods
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills - attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines
• Must be change adaptive, flexible, and empathetic
• Be able to provide direction and drive key initiatives
• Demonstrated initiative - ability to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
• Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines
• Committed to learning, personal growth, continual process improvement and staff/team development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of organization
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
