Job Description: Position Title: Senior Project Manager, Marketing and Communications Position Type: Full Time Department: Marketing and Communications Position Summary The Sr. Project Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget across Marketing & Communications projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Principle Responsibilities Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients. Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders. Budget Oversight: Manage assigned project budgets, monitor expenses, and track financial metrics. Ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, or objectives. Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate adjustments to stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Minimum Qualifications Education, Training, and Traits Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Some Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude. PMP or other project management certification is a plus Work Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
