Customer Service Specialist

Farmers Insurance specializes in helping individuals, families and companies manage their risk. We offer auto, home, life and commercial insurance plus a host of others. I am the owner and founder of a Farmers Agency which was established in 1998. We are growing and I need help taking care of our amzing clients!

Requirements:
·High School Diploma Required, 4 year College Degree Preferred
·4 years of customer service experience in an insurance office, company or sales environment.
·Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with individuals within the organization at all levels including customers, employees, vendors, and outside parties
·Able to work both independently and within a team environment
·Able to work in a fast-paced environment
·Current License in P&C Insurance.
·Possess good organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
·Possess good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
