Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw is seeking qualified therapists for the Behavioral Health Services department to meet increasing needs in our community.

Unit-compensated or Part-time (18.75 hours per week) benefit-eligible positions available for fully licensed LMSW, or Ph.D. psychologist providing individual, family/marital, substance abuse treatment, and group therapy. LLMSW’s will also be considered on a case by case basis. You will need to be a unit-compensated employee until minimum caseload and hours needed are achieved and maintained for the benefit eligible positions. Minimum two years post-MSW professional experience in outpatient setting required, with ability to deliver effective short term, solution-focused treatment. A caseload of 15 for part-time positions, 10 for unit-based positions, and 25 for full time positions is required.

In addition to flexible scheduling and a steady caseload, total compensation includes:

• Competitive, hourly/benefit-eligible OR unit-based pay, depending on caseload (prorated based on FTE) 
• Exceptional benefit plan with employer contribution, paid time off, and an additional 14 paid holidays per year, including the week between Christmas and New Years

• High quality LLMSW weekly supervision towards your LMSW valued at $60-$75 per hour is complementary.

Must maintain a weekly minimum caseload to be eligible for benefits.

This position is considered a hybrid position. The number of days required to be in the office will be determined based on your caseload. Unit-compensated positions are not eligible for benefits.
