Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center is an 881-bed quaternary care academic medical center that is a joint venture between Baylor College of Medicine and CHI St. Luke’s Health. ResponsibilitiesThe primary function of this role is to be available and flexible to float to various ICU units at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center. Experienced critical care nurses, 2 years of ICU experience required. Open to crossing training in those critical care units listed outside an individual's current ICU nursing experience. ICU specialties include: MICU, MSICU, CCU, NICU (neuro), CVICU, SICU, PCU, CTICU, CV Recovery.
Employees will be required to float between ICU specialties. Must be available to be scheduled for a minimum of 2 shifts every week and available to be scheduled a Saturday and Sunday shift every other weekend. Must be available to be scheduled for two major holidays per policy.
The rate of pay for this level of commitment is $50.00/hr, plus applicable shift differentials.
