We are currently hiring for a Residential Shift Supervisor , to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency . As a Residential Shift Supervisor , you would be responsible for:

  • Day to day shift operation of the program
  • Supervising all Direct Support Professionals
  • Ensuring that Direct Support Professionals implement service plans to aid residents in learning about all areas of activities of daily living and the community
  • Responsible for carrying out direction and administration of program services

Residential Shift Supervisor Minimum Salary: $20.50/hour

Residential Shift Supervisor Maximum Salary: $20.50/hour

Residential Shift Supervisor Schedule: Full-time

**We offer a $1.50/hour differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday**

Qualifications:

  • Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional
