What will you be doing in your role?

• You lead, manage, and are accountable for the functions performed by the accounting support team of the agency.
• You will supervise your team through meetings, weekly/bi-weekly touchpoints, quarterly conversations, and annual performance reviews.
• Operationalize and monitor for success all program components including strategies to meet program outcomes & maintain essential partnerships with Parishes.
• You will establish and maintain relationships with volunteers and stakeholders.
• You develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to clients.
• You have absolute clarity about the role and responsibilities of the program and Navigators.
• You wisely and efficiently use data and analytics to inform and drive intervention strategies.
• You evaluate and modify program responses to address identified needs in conjunction with agency leadership.
• You lead team members in the application of a problem-solving framework that promotes critical thinking and efficiency.
• You develop tools necessary for team and coach staff in skilled use of these tools.
• You set strategic goals and direction based on program targets.
• You ensure that all relevant documentation of client information and data tracking is current and used to drive problem-solving with the goal of program refinement.
• You monitor data and financial ledgers to ensure accountability and operation within established budgets.

Are you the next Community Care Program Manager?

• Master's degree in social work or related field or comparable work experience
• Three years or more of case management experience
• At least one year of experience in managing others.
• Must be willing to travel between Parish and other partner sites.

• Full-Time, salaried position with a starting salary range of $60,000- $64,000. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
