Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in HR training, education, communication, English, technical writing or any discipline requiring mastery of oral and written communication skills Intermediate skill level of Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) Certificate in Instructional Design Experience with Financial Services and Risk Methodology Google Suite preferred or Microsoft Office.
