**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in construction management and project supervision
- Knowledge of Procore construction software
