What you will do: Facilitate and guide our manufacturing operations in partnership with other departments throughout the customer company journey. Collaborate with manufacturing sites and leadership teams to ensure the company delivers on its commitment to its customers. Promote our customer first culture by implementing strategies to develop individuals, systems, and procedures. Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ and ensure a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Effectively measure manufacturing processes that focus on solving customer problems, quality, and on-time-delivery. Lead creative strategies to facilitate understanding and acceptance of change across multiple functional areas.
