We are looking for a sharp, disciplined individual who has a passion for games, and a track record of managing live mobile game economies and userbase health.The Game Monetization Specialist makes real-time decisions that influence the economy and engagement of the game while charting the course forward with careful planning. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and persistent in ensuring successful plan execution.What You Will Do:Develop daily in-game content plans, including events, sales, and promotions to drive consistent and sustainable growth in engagement and monetization.Own the monthly live ops calendar and work with other members of the Live Ops team on all day-to-day elements.Communicate ideas to stakeholders, integrate feedback and direction, and drive the implementation of approved plansCollaborate with the Marketing & Community teams on the in-game communication strategies and plansBe a Community advocate. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
