What you will do:
- Serve as the manager on duty and lead the salesfloor and oversee the salesfloor and the associate team.
- Drive sales. All the time. If you want a non-selling job, this isn't it. This is a selling position.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
- Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.

- Great starting hourly wage of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience, location, and previous experience.
- Full time employees earn .8 hours of vacation for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours of vacation time per year. Increases with length of service.
- All employees earn paid sick time based on hours worked at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Up to 52 hours per year. In Seattle, up to 56 hours per year.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone.
- Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas).
