Carlisle Residential Properties is Hiring an Assistant Community Manager/Leasing Consultant Near Fayetteville, NC
Seeking an energetic and outgoing Assistant Community Manager/Leasing Consultant to join our team in Fayetteville, NC! This position is for our Autumn View apartments. Qualified Professionals will have at least one year of property management experience. This position is Full Time and offers competitive hourly pay, and a great benefit package. Summary of Position:
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects and visitors to the community.
Showing apartments and amenities to future residents by appointment or walk ins.
Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails.
Completing all paperwork and ensuring resident file is complete.
Compiling and processing applications.
Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents.
Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitoring traffic trends and market surveys.
Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market.
Plan and coordinate resident events.
General administrative tasks (entering invoices, collections, pulling reports, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A high school diploma or equivalent
1 years' experience in multi-family role preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to maintain a professional image
Good organizational skills
Good verbal and written skills
Strong customer service orientation
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment
