Caring Senior Service is Hiring an Office Manager Near Orange, NJ

Caring Senior Service is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional administrative support. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their families by supporting our mission pf providing quality care services.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication.
2. Support the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining employee records.
3. Serve as a point of contact for clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
4. Manage and maintain accurate caregiver and client records in our electronic management system.
5. Assist with billing and accounts receivable processes, coordinating with clients and caregivers as needed.
6. Coordinate and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth office operations.
7. Support the management team by preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing administrative assistance as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and problem-solve effectively.
- Experience in the healthcare or senior care industry is a plus.
