Role Overview :
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join the team. The LVN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine LVN tasks and administer prescribed medications.
• Transcribe physician’s orders and provide focused care and treatment to clients.
• Document patient behaviors, medication administration, and any changes in condition.
• Maintain accountability for medication and provide education to clients and their families.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by supervisory nursing staff.

Candidate Requirements :

• Must be a licensed LVN in the state of Texas.
• Experience in medical/psychiatric crisis intervention .
• Direct client care experience is preferred, especially in an institutional setting for emotionally disturbed youth.

• Compliance requirements must be met before the start date.

Additional Requirements :

• Valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR certification (BLS) .
• Negative PPD test results within the last 12 months.
• Flu vaccination record (if applicable).
• Ability to pass a urine drug screen and background check .
• FBI fingerprint background check
