Qualified candidates should have six months of experience as a LicensedNursing Assistant (LNA). Travel Rate $26 Hourly

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments and interventions, specific toposition specialty
2. Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures
3. Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals
4. Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
5. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
6. Ability to deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies and personnel, according to position setting
7. Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
8. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

1. 6 months of experience as LicensedNursing Assistant (LNA)
2. Current LicensedNursing Assistant (LNA) license or license eligible in the state of employment
3. Certified Nursing Assistant degree from an accredited institution
