Baralan is Hiring a Sales Account Near Carson, CA

Baralan USA, a leading provider of packaging solutions in the cosmetic industry, is seeking a Sales Account to join our team in our Carson, California location.

Sales Account is a key role in the organization aimed to increase turnover and margins by identifying business opportunities and selling in order to increase sales of existing accounts, developing new business through sourcing new sales leads and building customer relationships, pitching and negotiating close commercial deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the main customers and supervise the activities of the commercial figures assigned to the area on their customer portfolio, monitoring and complying with the pre-sales and after-sales activities
  • Customers leads & new accounts promoting the company improve customer experience and satisfaction, strengthening loyalty
  • Actions and missions in the assigned area/s, giving priorities and objectives of the commercial figures assigned to the area.
  • Market dynamics and KPIs maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the current conditions of both the business and product context, constantly monitoring sales trends, current offers and customer positions;
  • Manage the creation of offers with direct customers, complying with company policies, including special price offers and promotional activities;
  • Available to travel 50% of the time
